[Rassemblement] Afghan.ne.s face l’injustice migratoire

Bonjour à toutes et à tous.

La manifestation statique des afghan.e.s

et leur comité de soutien, manifestent troisième fois depuis 31 mars 2023,

pour exprimer leur mécontentement devant l’Office des étrangers.ce bureau administratif ne prennent pas en compte les réalités désastreuses actuellement existantes sur le terrain, en Afghanistan.

Face au bureau belge de *compétence fédérale à l’asile et migration, nous nous rassemblons pour parler de l’injustice migratoire.

Ce rassemblement bénéficiera du soutien de la communauté afghane en Belgique.

Nous demandons également à tous les sympathisant.e.s/associations actives dans la défense des droits des personnes demandeuses de protection internationale de se tenir à nos côtés et de porter avec nous la voix pour que justice soit rendue.

NOTRE REVENDICATIONS…….

Prise en considération des dossiers des demandeurs d’asile débutés.
Réactivation du séjour au statut de protection subsidiaire aux ressortissants afgan.e.s .
La régularisation de tous les candidats à la régularisation .
Fermeture des centres fermés .
Arrêt d’explusion .
La liberté de mouvement pour tous et toutes .
Mettre fin à la criminalisation des sans-papiers et demandeurs d’asile.
Le respect des droits fondamentaux.
Le respect et l’application des droits de l’enfant.
L’Etat belge doit nous rendre le respect que nous méritons.

L’objectif du rassemblement est de rappeler aux fonctionnaires d’état publique et celle d’Office Des Etrangers bien et correctement traiter chaque dossier individuel.Pas des décisions arbitraire de commission interne.

De Afghanen en hun steungroep houden voor de derde keer sinds 31 maart 2023 een stilstaande demonstratie om hun ontevredenheid te uiten tegenover de Dienst Vreemdelingenzaken omdat zij geen rekening houden met de huidige rampzalige situatie in Afghanistan.

We verzamelen voor het Belgische federale asiel- en migratiebureau om te strijden tegen migratie-onrechtvaardigheid. Deze bijeenkomst wordt ondersteund door de Afghaanse gemeenschap in België. We vragen ook aan alle sympathisanten en actieve verenigingen die opkomen voor de rechten van de mens en de rechten van asielzoekers om aan onze zijde te staan en samen met ons op te komen voor rechtvaardigheid en eerbiediging van de fundamentele rechten van de mens.

ONZE EISEN…

Behandeling van lopende asieldossiers.
Heractivering van verblijf met subsidiaire beschermingsstatus voor Afghaanse staatsburgers.
Regularisatie van alle kandidaten voor regularisatie.
Sluiting van gesloten centra.
Stopzetting van uitzettingen.
Vrijheid van beweging voor iedereen.
Einde aan de criminalisering van mensen zonder papieren en asielzoekers.
Respect voor fundamentele rechten.
Respect en toepassing van kinderrechten.
De Belgische staat moet ons de respect geven die we verdienen.

Het doel van de bijeenkomst is om overheidsfunctionarissen en de Dienst Vreemdelingenzaken eraan te herinneren dat elk individueel dossier op een eerlijke en correcte manier moet worden behandeld, zonder willekeurige beslissingen van een interne commissie.

Hello everyone.

The static manifestation of the Afghans

and their support committee, demonstrate for the third time since March 31, 2023,

to express their dissatisfaction with the assylum Office.This administrative office does not take into account the disastrous realities currently existing

on the ground,in Afghanistan.

In front of the Belgian office of federal competence for asylum and migration,

we will gather to talk about migratory injustice.

This gathering will benefit from the support of the Afghan community in Belgium.

We also ask all sympathetic/associations active in defending the rights of people seeking international protection to stand by our side and raise their voices with us for justice to be done.

OUR DEMANDS.

To take in consideration of the files of asylum seekers started.
Reactivation of subsidiary protection status for Afghan nationals.
The regularization of all candidates for regularization.
Closure of detention centers.
Stop deportation.
Freedom of movement for all.
End the criminalization of undocumented migrants and asylum seekers.
Respect for fundamental rights.
Respect and application of the rights of the child.
The Belgian state must return us the respect we deserve.

The objective of the gathering is to remind civil servants and those of the assylum Office to properly and correctly treat each individual file. No arbitrary decisions of the internal commission.
